Warranty Coverage

EquipMaxx offers a limited lifetime warranty covering all internal electronic parts to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. Accessories and housing are covered under a one (1) year parts and labor warranty.

Duration of the Warranty

  • Lifetime warranty on internal electronic parts for the original purchaser.
  • One (1) year warranty on accessories and housing from the date of purchase.

Warranty Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accident, misuse, improper operation, unauthorized repair or alteration, tampering, commercial use, or in transit. Shipping fees to and from our facility for warranty service are not covered.

Customer Responsibilities
Customers must email service@equipmaxx.com with the date and place of purchase along with a copy of the original receipt to validate the warranty. For repairs, carefully pack items to avoid damage in transit and include all contact information and a prepaid return label from UPS or FedEx.

If your product arrives damaged during shipping or upon delivery, please contact our customer service team immediately at service@equipmaxx.com. Provide us your order number and a video or image showing the damaged. Then, we will give you a set of instructions and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Can I purchase an extended warranty for my product?
