If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within the specified period for an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price

Eligibility Criteria

  • The products must be returned within 30 days from the receipt of shipment
  • Returned merchandise must be new, unused, and in its original packaging with all packing materials, manuals, and registration cards intact.
  • This policy does not apply to gutter cleaning equipment. Returns for gutter cleaning equipment are accepted under specific conditions: very little to no use, in the original packaging. A restocking fee covering the original shipping cost ($200-$300) applies, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Once the returned product arrives at our warehouse, we will initiate the refund. It may take 3-5 days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank's processing times.
